TARAVAL ASSOCIATES SEED CAPITAL FUND
		The Taraval Associates Seed Capital Fund (TASCF) is a new venture development fund. TASCF is a California limited partnership managed by Taraval Associates LLC.  In May 1999, the fund began making private equity investments in very early-stage life science companies.  The fund made its last new investment in September 2004.
